Covid 19 Information
We are currently operating under Level 2 restrictions which means we are taking measures across our business to help track and stop any new transmission of COVID-19.
As of 3rd December 2021 we will be operating under the traffic light system, so while we do not require vaccination to attend a tour, as per government guidelines you must be vaccinated to visit hospitality venues & wineries. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions.
How are we doing this?
We communicate back to our customers prior to travelling with us that if they feel sick, unwell and have flu-like symptoms to not travel.
We recommend regular hand washing and hand sanitiser is used to maintain good hygiene standards and stop the spread of bacteria on surfaces. All Altitude Tours vehicles and HQ all supply free hand sanitiser.
All vehicles are cleaned and sanitised daily and our guides and management will all be vaccinated as soon as New Zealand starts rolling this out to the general public.
We have also checked with any third party suppliers we take our tours to, making sure they all have adequate systems in place to manage and restrict Covid 19.
All vehicles and our office are displaying the Covid 19 tracking QR code.
Our staff are following the guidelines issued by our national authorities and we are continuing to take advice from the Ministry of Health. Check out the latest updates from the government on the Ministry of Health website.
